This policy explains what information Lawyer Up Hat ("we," "us") collects when you visit lawyeruphat.com or buy from us, and what we do with it.

- Order details: your name, email, shipping address, what you ordered, and any gift note.
- Payment: checkout and payments are handled by Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email.
- Site and ad activity: basic information like pages visited and whether you came from one of our ads, collected through our checkout and advertising tools.
How we use it
- To make, ship, and track your order.
- To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds.
- To send order updates.
- To see which ads work so we spend less showing you things you don't care about.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store:
- Whop, which runs our checkout, payments, and ads.
- Printful, which makes and ships your order. They get your name, shipping address, and what you ordered.
- Shipping carriers, which deliver your package.
We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing support@lawyeruphat.com. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you have those rights, and we won't treat you differently for using them. We may keep some order records when the law requires it, for example for taxes.
Kids
This store isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
